The hotel is in a great location near the hospital with friendly check-in and those delicious cookies. However, our shower leaked, we didn't get extra towels, and the refrigerator was broken. It was disappointing considering Hilton’s usual standards.

The attached Applebee's was a bonus for easy dining, but the breakfast options could use improvement. Overall, we appreciated the proximity to the location we needed to be at, which eased stress during our stay.

The parking garage leaves much to be desired, with a confusing layout that requires walking near moving cars to enter the hotel. Room readiness was disappointing, taking until almost 4:45 PM to gain access, and the overall size felt cramped. I also had persistent issues with the bathroom, as the shower kept dripping through the night, staining the ceiling and showing signs of water damage. Wifi was tricky for kids’ devices, complicating a stress-filled stay further.

The clean room was perfect for our stay, and the location was super handy near the hospital. Loved the convenience of a skywalk too!

the stay at doubletree by hilton was fantastic! i loved the quick, cordial check-in and the comfy king bed in my room. the room had a beautiful view of the street, which made the stay even more enjoyable. also, those chocolate chip cookies? a real treat! it's close to the metro stop and the restaurants on euclid too.

We had a lovely stay with our two teenagers! The complimentary shuttle made it easy to visit the St Louis Zoo, which was a hit with the kids. The free warm chocolate chip cookies in the lobby were a sweet treat after our outings.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could use more thorough cleaning. It would be great if the hotel provided complimentary bottled water for family stays.
